The course teaches the art of kneading by various kinds of working methods to make various specialities. You can choose to attend the course of pizza in teglia, the course of pizza tonda or the course of pizza alla pala. The course of beer drawing , presided by a master brewer of Heineken- Moretti, is included as well as the obligatory course of HACCP. Qualified diploma will be issued for both the courses. Every lesson consists of a one hour theory part and a practice part until the end of the day. Some lessons of market technology are included in the theoretical part. At the end of the course, all the students will have to take a qualifying exam to the profession of pizzaiolo to achieve the diploma. Every student will have to pay a deposit of Euro 200,00 as booking of the course and settle the change on the first day of the course with no possibility of delay. If for any reason one student can't attend the course after having poured the reservation quota, the same one is set aside for one future registration of the same student.
